Dein Aufgabenbereich bei uns:

  • Produktion am Puls der Zeit: Du bedienst unsere Anlagen und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.
  • Maschinen in Bestform: Du achtest darauf, dass unsere Anlagen zuverlässig arbeiten und produktiv bleiben.
  • Alles im Blick behalten: Du dokumentierst Produktionsschritte, kontrollierst Abläufe und bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.
  • Rohstoffqualität sichern: Du prüfst regelmäßig die eingesetzten Materialien und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Was bringst du mit:

  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produktion – motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zielstrebigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Staplerschein von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
