Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie werden im Bereich Schweißerei eingesetzt und bedienen Schweißroboter
  • Zu ihren Tätigkeiten gehört die Bestückung der Schweißroboter mit Einzelteilen, sowie die schweißtechnische Vor- und Nachbereitung der Bauteile
  • Auch gehört die Überwachung und Optimierung des Fertigungsprozesses einschließlich Behebung kleiner Störungen sowie die visuelle Selbstkontrolle der Schweißnähte zu ihren Aufgaben
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen
  • Zudem wirken sie unterstützend bei weiteren Tätigkeiten im Produktionsbereich mit

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Metallbearbeitung oder haben eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie sind in der Lage selbständig nach Zeichnung zu arbeiten
  • Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Schweißrobotern sowie Erfahrung im MAG-Schweißen mit
  • Idealweise Berufserfahrung als Schweißer und ein gültiges Schweißer-Zeugnis
  • Ihre Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit zeichnen sie aus. Außerdem bringen sie Einsatzbereitschaft, sowie Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zur Schicht-Arbeit mit
