ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

Die Stelle wird besetzt durch einen / eine Mitarbeiter/In, die nachfolgende qualitative Mindestanforderungen erfüllt:

  • Gute deutsch Kenntnisse zum Lesen und Verstehen der Anweisungen auf dem Fertigungsauftrag
  • Verstehen und Anwendung der Mathematik (Grundrechnungsarten, Prozentrechnung)
  • Technisches Grundverständnis, Fähigkeit zur Dokumentation
  • Teamfähig, kollegial, sozial, eigeninitiativ und dynamisch
  • Befüllen und Führen von Lieferlisten und Arbeitsaufträgen, Korrespondenz mit der Produktionsleitung

Aufgaben:

Der / die Stelleninhaber/In ist zuständig für alle Tätigkeiten die in der Abteilung Heimarbeit und im Versand anfallen. Insbesondere gehören zu den durchzuführenden Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen der Schneide- und Stanzmaschinen
  • Materialien an Hand der Vorgabe des Vorgesetzten veredeln (zB.: kleben, schneiden etc.).
  • Nach Vorgabe des Vorgesetzten verpacken.
  • Das Anleiten der neuen Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Ware versandfertig machen.
  • Beim Verladen der Packstücke helfen
  • Generelle Unterstützung bei Aufgaben im Versand
