Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Produktionsanlagen im Betonwerk
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Schlossertätigkeiten (z. B. Metallbearbeitung, Schweißen, Austausch von Bauteilen)
  • Qualitätskontrolle der hergestellten Produkte
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene gewerbliche Ausbildung (zwingend erforderlich), idealerweise im Bereich Beton- und Baustofftechnik, Metallbau oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, vorzugsweise in der Beton- oder Baustoffindustrie
  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie Kenntnisse in Schlossertätigkeiten und Reparaturen
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Fahrbereitschaft (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
