  • Steuern und Überwachen des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Vorbereiten und Rüsten von Anlagen für die Serienfertigung
  • Durchführung von Reparatur- und Montagearbeiten
  • Durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Durchführen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Schrittweise Übernahme der Verantwortung für die jeweiligen Schichten
  • Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metall- oder Elektroberuf (Meisterausbildung von Vorteil)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion bzw. Instandhaltung wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Leidenschaft sowie Begeisterung für unsere Produkte
