  • DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Du führst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du berichtest direkt an den Abteilungsleiter und hältst alle auf Kurs
  • Du erstellst täglich die Teamboard-Unterlagen nach klar definierten Standards
  • Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und setzt diese konsequent um
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Mitarbeitende, Materialien und Anlagen jederzeit verfügbar sind
  • Du behältst Engpassmaschinen und dringende Teile im Blick und greifst rechtzeitig ein
  • DEIN PROFIL:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre) oder bringst
  • mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung
  • Du bist bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1)
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität aus
  • Du gehst verantwortungsvoll mit Werkstoffen um und achtest dabei stets
  • auf Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Du bist mit Führerschein B und eigenem Auto flexibel unterwegs
