Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie führen ein Team von ca. 15 Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Fertigungsvorgaben und Produktionsabläufe sicher
  • Sie verfügen über technisches Geschick für den Umbau von Vorrichtungen
  • Sie haben hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sind flexibel
  • Sie arbeiten nach zeitlichen und technischen Vorgaben
  • Genauigkeit und Sauberkeit sind Ihnen immer schon besonders wichtig

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Lehre bzw. technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion mit Führungstätigkeit
  • Sie verfügen über mechanische Grundkenntnisse, handwerkliches Geschick und denken vorausschauend
  • Sie führen die Arbeiten mit Hausverstand, eigenverantwortlich, gewissenhaft und mit hohem Qualitätsverständnis durch
  • Staplerschein ist von Vorteil

Das tatsächliche finanzielle Angebot richtet sich nach individueller Qualifikation und konkreter Berufserfahrung, ein Bruttolohn von mind. € 2.600,00 zuzüglich Schichtzulage mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist vorgesehen.
