Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe in der jeweiligen Arbeitsgruppe
  • Planung, Einteilung und Organisation der Mitarbeiter_innen im Schichtbetrieb
  • Führung und kontinuierliche Schulung der Mitarbeiter_innen
  • Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Produktqualität
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Abteilungsziele bzw. Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, o.ä.)
  • Selbstständige, umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise mit starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsstärke, Präzision und Lösungsorientierung
  • Berufserfahrung als Schichtleiter_in od. Ähnliches wird erwünscht
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht-Betrieb) und Überstunden
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
  • Genaue und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und respektvoller Umgang mit Kolleg_innen

Arbeitszeit: 2-schichtig

Lohn: € 3.551,59 brutto exkl. Zulagen
