  • Selbstständiges Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen
  • Einrichten, Einstellen und Umrüsten der Maschinen
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Kontrolle der Produktqualität und Produktionsprozesse
  • Erkennen und Beheben kleinerer Maschinenstörungen
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation relevanter Produktionsdaten
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung als Maschinenführer oder Anlagenbediener von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb (Früh- und Nachmittagsschicht)
  • Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW erforderlich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung im Produktionsablauf
