Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Umsetzung der Produktionsaufträge hinsichtlich Menge, Termin und Qualität
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Produktionsabläufe (z. B. Herstellung von Gummiplatten/-rollen)
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Kalander-/Walzanlage im laufenden Produktionsprozess
  • Vorbereitung und Zuführung von Kautschukmaterialien
  • Rüsten und Einrichten der Walzen sowie der Zuführsysteme
  • Erkennen und Beheben einfacher Störungen (Grundstörungsbehebung)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Anlagen (z. B. Extruder, Schneidmühle, Stapelanlage)
  • Dokumentation von Prozess- und Qualitätsdaten gemäß Vorgaben
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- sowie Umwelt-/Hygienevorschriften
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische/handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, z. B. Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker o. ä.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im Walzwerk-/Kalanderbereich (ca. 3–5 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung in der Kautschukverarbeitung und im Umgang mit Walzanlagen (Kalander) wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsprüfungen inkl. Sichtprüfung und Dokumentation
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse zur Bedienung von Steuerungs-/Anlagensystemen
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Niveau B1
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit (körperlich sowie in Produktionsumgebungen, z. B. Lärm)
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein; idealerweise Bereitschaft, Kolleg:innen anzuleiten
  • Offenheit für kontinuierliche Verbesserung (KVP/CI)
