### Für ein modernes Industrieunternehmen im Raum Feucht suchen wir einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) für ein technisch geprägtes Fertigungsumfeld. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Bedienung einer CO₂-Laserschneidanlage, die Herstellung präziser Fertigungsteile nach Zeichnung sowie die qualitätsgerechte Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen.

Unser Angebot:

  • Stundenlohn von 20-22€, je nach Berufserfahrung
  • 37,5 Stunden pro Woche
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung in ein modernes Produktionsumfeld
  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in der industriellen Blechbearbeitung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten, Einstellen, Bedienen und Überwachen einer Trumpf TruLaser 1030 CO₂-Laserschneidanlage
  • Anpassen der Maschinenprogramme
  • Herstellung von Fertigungsteilen nach technischer Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan
  • Prüfung von Material, Schneidparametern und Fertigungsabläufen
  • Entgraten und Nachbearbeitung lasergeschnittener Bauteile
  • Bedienung ergänzender Anlagen wie Entgratungsmaschine, Richtmaschine und Wasserstrahlanlage
  • Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle nach internen Prüfanweisungen
  • Bedienung des Maschinendatenerfassungssystems Coscom
  • Fehlerkorrektur nach fachlicher Abstimmung
  • Regelmäßige Wartung der Maschinen nach Wartungsplan

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Technische Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Laserschneidanlagen oder vergleichbaren CNC-gesteuerten Fertigungsmaschinen
  • Kenntnisse in der industriellen Blechbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Messmitteln und Prüfmitteln
  • Gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis
  • 2-Schichtbereitschaft
