Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen und Überwachen moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Verpackung der fertigen Produkte
  • Mitwirken beim Einrichten und Umrüsten der Maschinen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktions- oder Fertigungsanlagen wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht oder Conti-Schichtmodell)
  • Technisches Verständnis, Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Attraktive Vergütung bis zu 21,00 €/Std. zzgl. Zuschläge (Nacht-, Spät-, Wochenendarbeit)
  • Branchenzuschlag +1,5 % ab Beginn
  • Langfristiger Einsatz mit geplanter Übernahme nach 6–12 Monaten
  • Tarifgebundene Anstellung mit allen Vorteilen (z. B. Urlaub, Sonderzahlungen)
  • Arbeitsumfeld mit modernen Maschinen , strukturierter Einarbeitung und kollegialem Team

Gehalt: 17,00€ - 21,00€ pro Stunde
