  • Für ein renommiertes Kundenunternehmen suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Absprache in Neuwied einen engagierten Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d).

Das bieten wir Dir

  • Attraktive Vergütung: ab 20,27 EUR/Stunde, je nach Qualifikation bis zu 24,50 EUR/Stunde
  • Schichtzulagen: 10 % für die Spätschicht, 25 % für die Nachtschicht
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • Zahlung von Abschlägen / Vorschüssen bei Bedarf
  • Planbare Arbeitszeiten im Schichtsystem

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienen, Einrichten und Umrüsten von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Eigenständige Störungsbehebung und Fehleranalyse
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an produzierten Teilen
  • Wartung, Pflege und kleinere Instandhaltungen an den Anlagen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen und Anlagen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Technisches Verständnis und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
