Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)

Standort: Rotenburg an der Fulda

  • Zweck und Ziel der Stelle
  • Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit Option zur Übernahme

Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

  • Einrichten und Bedienen von Pressen und Pressautomaten sowie Handlingsgeräten/Robotern
  • Programmerstellung und Optimierung der Produktionsschritte
  • Bestückung, Abnahme und Kontrolle der gefertigten Teile
  • Sicherstellung der Mengen- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzrichtlinien sowie der Hygienevorschriften

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder Industriemechaniker (m/w)
  • Alternativ eine abgeschossene Ausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf, wie z.B. Kfz-Mechaniker (m/w)
  • Technisches Verständnis

Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen

  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Dreischichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Pünktlichkeit

  • Bezahlung nach Tarifvertrag (GVP/DGB Tarifgemeinschaft) u.a. 25% Nachtschichtzuschlag von 23 – 6 Uhr. Zahlung von Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld.
  • Zuverlässiger Fahrdienst (Wir holen Sie ab, bringen Sie zum Einsatzort und sicher wieder nach Hause)
