Als eines der erfolgreichsten und innovativsten Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland suchen wir für unsere Kunden in Heidelberg und der Umgebung ab sofort engagierte Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für die Montage und Produktion .

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Maschinenprozesse
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten an Montage- und Prüfanlagen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Fehleranalyse und Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
  • Einhalten von Arbeitssicherheits- und Hygienevorgaben

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maschinen-/Anlagenführer oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erste Berufserfahrung beim Bedienen und Einrichten von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit oder Dauernachtschicht
