PROfIL

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung — idealerweise als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung und Wartung von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Fähigkeit zur Fehleranalyse und eigenständigen Problemlösung
  • Präzises, zuverlässiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität (z. B. Schichtarbeit)
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Fertigungstechnologien und Verfahren einzuarbeiten

AUFGABEN

  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen (Qualität)
  • Wartung, Instandhaltung und Fehlerbehebung an Maschinen
  • Austausch von Verschleißteilen und Werkzeugen
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten, Prüfprotokolle und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Hygienevorschriften
  • Mitwirkung bei Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsprozessen
