## Maschinen- und Anlagenführer m/w/d

### IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Rüsten und Bedienen von Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Produktions- und Prozessüberwachung
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Laufende Qualitätskontrolle
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsfortschritten und Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungs- und Optimierungsprozessen

### IHR PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Werkzeugmacher, Stanz- und Umformtechniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer) bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliche Geschicklichkeit
  • Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist für diese Position zwingend notwendig
  • Sie sind zuverlässig und arbeiten gerne in einem Team
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
  • Sie sind interessiert an ständigen Verbesserungen
