Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Hamburg-Harburg bedienst du unsere Geräte und Anlagen in der Produktion, z. B. Siebmaschinen oder Radlader
  • Du überwachst laufende Prozesse, kontrollierst die Qualität und sorgst für eine sichere sowie fachgerechte Beladung der LKW
  • Zudem führst du einfache Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch und behebst kleinere Störungen
  • Du dokumentierst deine Kontrollen und Inspektionen, damit die Betriebsbereitschaft der Anlagen jederzeit gewährleistet ist
  • Darüber hinaus befüllst du die Big Bags und mischst Baumineralien nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen
  • In Vertretung unterstützt du an der Waage bei Koordination, Fahrzeugdisposition und Verwiegung des Anliefer- und Abholverkehrs

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise hast du eine handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld – gern mit Siebmaschinen oder Radladern – ist wünschenswert
  • Schweißkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, ebenso ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Arbeiten in Höhe, engen Räumen oder unter Witterung machen dir keine Probleme
  • Du bist im Besitz des Führerscheins Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Motivation, körperliche Belastbarkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden dein Profil ab
