Als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für die Bedienung, Überwachung und Wartung unserer Produktionsanlagen. Mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für Technik sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Fertigungsprozesse reibungslos ablaufen und die Qualität unserer Produkte stets höchsten Standards entspricht. Sie sind motiviert, Ihre Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich auszubauen, und tragen aktiv dazu bei, unsere Produktion effizient und sicher zu gestalten. Bei uns erwartet Sie eine dynamische Arbeitsumgebung, in der Teamarbeit und Eigeninitiative großgeschrieben werden.

Aufgaben

  • Rüsten und Bedienen von Verarbeitungsmaschinen
  • Qualitätsprüfung und entsprechende Dokumentation
  • Wartung, Reinigung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung
  • Sicherstellung der Termintreue
  • Sicherstellung des technischen Zustands der Betriebsmittel
  • Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontrolle des Materialflusses sowie Überprüfung der Anlagen auf ordnungsgemäßen Zustand

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen in der Produktion oder Fertigung ist wünschenswert, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit, inklusive Wochenendarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur sicheren Kommunikation im Team und bei der Dokumentation
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
