Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten der Maschine zur Bearbeitung der Aufträge
  • Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an Produktions- oder Fertigungsanlagen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Überprüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit von Maschinen
  • Reinigung und Wartung der Maschinen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der produzierten Ware
  • Anleitung der zugeordneten Produktionshelfer

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Verpackungsmittelmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen Bereich
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Präzision und Sorgfalt
  • hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
