Die Tätigkeit als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) ist ein spannender Einstieg in die Welt der modernen Fertigung. In dieser Rolle bist du für die Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Produktionsmaschinen und Anlagen verantwortlich. Dabei arbeitest du in einem Umfeld, das Effizienz und Präzision schätzt, und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Wertschöpfung des Unternehmens. Der Standort Selters bietet dir die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen und fortschrittlichen Team einzubringen.

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Produktionsmaschinen und Anlagen.
  • Überwachung und Steuerung von Produktionsprozessen.
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten, um die Maschinenleistung zu erhalten.
  • Behebung kleinerer technischer Störungen.
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsabläufen und Berichterstattung an die zuständigen Abteilungen.

Eine Position als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) erfordert grundlegende technische Kenntnisse und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Selbst wenn der Einstieg noch frisch ist, sind ein schneller Lernprozess und ein sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen entscheidend.

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Grundverständnis von Produktionsprozessen und Maschinensteuerung.
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative bei der Arbeit.
