  • ## Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) – Druckweiterverarbeitung
  • Standort: Bayreuth | Anstellungsart: Vollzeit | Eintrittsdatum: Ab sofort / nach Vereinbarung

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienung & Einrichtung: Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einstellen und Bedienen modernster Weiterverarbeitungsanlagen (z. B. Schneidmaschinen, Stanzmaschine, Klebemaschine oder Überzugsanlagen)
  • Produktionsüberwachung: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs sowie laufende Qualitätskontrolle der Fertigerzeugnisse
  • Wartung & Instandhaltung: Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungs-, Pflege- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Maschinen zur Vermeidung von Ausfällen
  • Fehlerbehebung: Eigenständige Erkennung und Behebung kleinerer Störungen im Prozess
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen und Rüstzeiten

### Das bringst du mit

  • Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Weiterverarbeitung
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb sowie Mehrarbeit
  • Teamgeist: Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzfreude und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
