Deine Aufgaben

Anlagenbedienung & Bestückung: Selbstständiges Bedienen, Bestücken und Überwachen von modernen Maschinen und Fertigungsanlagen am Standort Horb am Neckar.

Prozessüberwachung & Wartung: Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Produktionsabläufe, Behebung kleinerer Störungen sowie Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten.

Qualitäts- & Sichtkontrolle: Kontinuierliche Prüfung der gefertigten Teile auf Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität inklusive gewissenhafter Dokumentation.

Dein Profil

Qualifikation & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare praktische Berufserfahrung in der Anlagesteuerung.

Arbeitsweise & Fitness: Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision sowie gute körperliche Belastbarkeit.

Rahmenbedingungen: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem, gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
