Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit in Mönchengladbach.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Geräten, Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Herstellung von Fasermodulen und Faserstanzteilen
  • Koordination und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Fertigungsprozesses
  • Durchführung laufender Fertigungs- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Selbstständige Erkennung und Behebung von Produktionsstörungen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

### Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Handwerkliche oder technische Fähigkeiten von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Maschinen- und Anlagenbedienung wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenendschichten, abhängig vom jeweiligen Einsatzort
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau
