Die Lion Work Solution GmbH besetzt Schlüsselpositionen im produzierenden Gewerbe. Wir bieten Fachkräften Zugang zu modernen Industrieunternehmen mit langfristigen Perspektiven. Für unsere Kundenbetriebe suchen wir qualifizierte Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Bedienen, Überwachen und Steuern von Produktionsanlagen.
  • Durchführung von Rüstvorgängen und Formatwechseln.
  • Behebung kleinerer Störungen sowie Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten.
  • Laufende Qualitätskontrolle der produzierten Bauteile und Dokumentation im ERP-System.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion.
  • Technisches Verständnis und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Mehrschichtbetrieb (inkl. Nachtschicht).
