Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung der geforderten Produktionsziele
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Anlagengeschwindigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Umstellungen an der gesamten Verarbeitungsanlage bei Produktwechseln
  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Überwachung verschiedener Anlagen
  • Einstellung der Centerlines und der Parameter
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen bei technischen und mechanischen Störungen
  • Bei Eignung und betrieblicher Notwendigkeit Weiterentwicklung zum Linienführer (m/w/d) möglich
  • Fungieren als direktes Sprachrohr zum Schichtmeister
  • Überwachen der gesamten Produktionslinie inklusive aller nachgelagerten Verpackungsmaschinen
  • Einteilen der Aufgaben und Koordinieren des gesamten Teams

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Handwerk oder in der Industrie
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für verkettete Produktionsprozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Hygiene- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschicht/Durchfahrbetrieb
