  • Aufgaben
  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsmaschinen, vorzugsweise im Textilbereich
  • Selbstständiges Rüsten und Einstellen der Maschinen nach Vorgaben
  • Anpassung der Maschinenparameter im laufenden Produktionsprozess
  • Unterstützung bei Wartungs-, Pflege- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erkennen und Weiterleiten von Störungen
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsabläufe
  • Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), idealerweise im Bereich Textiltechnik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Berufserfahrung als Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) mit Kenntnissen im Textilbereich
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten, Rüsten und Einstellen von Maschinen erforderlich
  • Technisches Verständnis und sichere Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
