  • Bedienung und Überwachung unserer Produktionsanlagen, insbesondere Vließ- und Kaschieranlagen
  • Einrichten, Bestücken und Vorbereiten der Anlagen für den Produktionsprozess
  • Durchführung von Umrüst-, Einstell- und Optimierungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung und Steuerung des Produktionsprozesses sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Kontrolle der Materialzufuhr und relevanter Produktionsparameter
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Qualitätskontrollen sowie Dokumentation der Prüf- und Produktionsdaten
  • Erkennen und Beheben kleinerer Störungen
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im vorgesehenen Umfang
  • Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für die eigene Anlage und den Produktionsprozess
  • Eine abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen oder Anlagen ist erforderlich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vließ-, Kaschier-, Beschichtungs- oder vergleichbaren Produktionsanlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für den eigenen Produktionsbereich zu übernehmen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
