## Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) Vollzeit

IHRE Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung der Maschinen / Anlagen / Betriebsmittel vor Produktionsstart
  • Einstellung der Maschinen gemäß der vorliegenden Produkt- und Auftragsdaten
  • Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung der Maschinen, z. B. Auffüllen von Betriebsmitteln, Austausch von Verschleißteilen, usw.
  • Bedienen und Überwachung der Maschinen während der laufenden Produktion
  • Material- und Werkzeugbereitstellung
  • Prüfung der Produktqualität und Anpassung der Einstellungen
  • Durchführen von qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen

IHR Profil:

  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in Bedienung von Maschinen / Anlagen sowie in Instandhaltung und Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • Hohe Flexibilität und organisatorisches / planerisches Denken sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Umfangreiches Wissen hinsichtlich der zu bearbeitenden Materialien
  • Akkurate Arbeitsweise und Verständnis für Qualität
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Daten und technischen Skizzen, z. B. aus CAD-Programmen
  • Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu einer flexiblen Arbeitszeit und Mehrschichtsysteme (2- / 3-Schicht)
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Abgeschlossene einschlägige technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Hohes Umweltbewusstsein
