Wir suchen im Auftrag eines unserer Kunden Erxleben Verformungstechnik GmbH mehrere engagierte \*\*Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)\*\* für den sofortigen Einsatz.

Start: ab sofort | Vollzeit | 3-Schicht-System

## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Bedienen, Überwachen und Warten von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Durchführen von Maschinenanfahrten, -stillständen und Umrüstungen
  • Überwachen der Maschinenfunktionen, Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen
  • Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen während der Produktion (z. B. Maße, Gewicht, Oberflächenqualität)
  • Melden und Dokumentieren von Abweichungen sowie Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Ausführen einfacher Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Einhalten von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben

## WAS DU MITBRINGST:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Schichtbereitschaft (3-Schicht) ist ein Muss
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B2
  • Technisches Verständnis, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Belastbarkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
