Die Vaku-Isotherm GmbH entwickelt und produziert innovative Hochleistungsdämmungen für unterschiedliche Anwendungsbereiche, unter anderem für die Bauwirtschaft, Logistik sowie Heizungs- und Kühltechnik. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Herstellung moderner Vakuum-Isolations-Paneele (VIP) am Standort Frankenberg/Sachsen.

Mit unseren Produkten leisten wir einen wichtigen Beitrag zu Energieeffizienz sowie Klima- und Umweltschutz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38,3h) und unbefristeter Anstellung .

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung manueller sowie teilautomatisierter Fertigungsprozesse
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Produkte anhand interner Prüfverfahren
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen nach Wartungsplan
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorschriften

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System (Montag bis Freitag) – keine Wochenendarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gabelstaplerschein von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
