Wenn Sie Produktionserfahrung mitbringen, Verantwortung im Schichtbetrieb übernehmen möchten und gerne nah an Maschine, Prozess und Team arbeiten, bietet Ihnen diese Position als Assistent Schichtleiter in Pfullendorf eine spannende Perspektive in der Kunststoffproduktion. Der Standort ist Teil von Cosmos Pfullendorf, wo Kunststoffspritzguss und Komponentenmontage für die Automobilindustrie erfolgen.

Deine Verantwortung:

  • Anfahren der Maschine nach dem Werkzeugwechsel
  • Kontrolle der Maschinenparameter bei Prozessfreigabe und einmal pro Schicht inklusive Eintragung auf dem entsprechenden Blatt
  • Betreuung der Maschinen bei Stillstand oder bei Qualitätsproblemen der Teile
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
  • Kontrolle von Ausfällen sowie Behebung kleiner Störungen und Reparaturen
  • Überwachung der Materialien an der Maschine, insbesondere Säcke, Oktabins und Mahlgut

Deine Stärken:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Kunststoffverarbeitung oder im Spritzguss
  • Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen, Prozesse und Produktionsabläufe
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Abschluss
