Die Härtetechnik Hagen GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit rund 35 Mitarbeitern und seit 1968 auf dem Gebiet der Veredelung von Stahlteilen tätig.

  • Als Lohnhärterei führen wir alle gängigen Härteverfahren an den verschiedensten Bauteilen durch.
  • Zu unseren Kunden zählen, neben großen Unternehmen aus dem Maschinen- und Werkzeugbau, auch namhafte Automobilzulieferer.
  • Für unsere Härterei suchen wir:

Maschinen-und Anlagenführer/Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung der Chargen
  • Bedienung der Härteöfen
  • Überwachung des Prozessablaufs
  • Dokumentation von Störungen und Informationsweitergabe
  • Behebung kleiner Anlagenstörungen
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einem Betrieb der Metallbranche
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Wechselschicht und Wochenendarbeit (06.00-14.00 Uhr, 14.00-22.00 Uhr, 22.00-06.00 Uhr)
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
