Meine Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Umrüsten von Maschinen und Anlagen – bringen Sie alles ans Laufen.
  • Wartung und Pflege – halten Sie die Maschinen in bester Form.
  • Qualitätskontrollen – sorgen Sie dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert.
  • Zusammenarbeit – kommunizieren Sie mit anderen Abteilungen und tragen zur Prozessoptimierung bei.

Mein Profil:

  • Selbstständig und motiviert: Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und bringen Eigeninitiative mit.
  • Kommunikativ und teamorientiert: Zusammenarbeit und Austausch im Team liegen Ihnen.
  • Quereinsteiger willkommen: Eine technische Ausbildung ist wünschenswert – z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Zerspanungsmechaniker.
  • Technischer Blick: Diagnosen und Störungsbehebungen erledigen Sie zuverlässig und zügig.
  • Führerschein Klasse B: Für flexible Einsätze ist Mobilität erforderlich.
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit: Sie sind bereit, im 3-Schichtsystem zu arbeiten, auch an Wochenenden.
