Als innovativer, leistungsstarker, nach IATF 16949 zertifzierter südwestfälischer Mittelständler produzieren wir an 3 Standorten mit über 350 Mitarbeitern verschiedene Artikel aus den Bereichen Stanz- und Umformtechnik sowie Aluminiumdruckguss, vorwiegend für die Automobilindustrie. Dabei sind wir Direkt-Lieferant aller deutschen OEM und vieler wichtiger Tier-1-Kunden.

Für unsere modernen automatisierten Schweißanlagen im Bereich Fügetechnik im Werk 1 suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen MASCHINEN- und ANLAGENFÜHRER ROBOTERSCHWEISSTECHNIK (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Einrichtung der Schweißanlagen
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktion
  • Lösungssuche bei Störungen im Produktionsprozess
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen

Ihr Profil:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung - idealerweise zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d)
  • vom Vorteil wäre Berufserfahrung im Umgang von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen
  • Bereitschaft für Wechselschicht (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht)
  • ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
