Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir ab sofort einen Team-Player im Bereich Weberei (m/w/d).

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt zu 40 Stunden pro Woche im Zweischichtwechsel bei regulärer 5-Tage Woche

Schwerpunkte im Aufgabengebiet:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Führen der Webmaschinen
  • Überwachung des kompletten Webprozesses inkl. selbstständiger Behebung von Maschinenstillständen
  • Ein- und Umrüstung der Jacquardwebmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Sichtkontrollen
  • Sicherstellung einer unterbrechungsfreien Garnversorgung am Webstuhl
  • Gewährleistung eines rundum reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

Profil bzw. Erfahrungshintergrund:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Produktionsmechaniker oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Weberei und Textil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Mechanisches und technisches Verständnis
  • Qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
