Das solltest Du am besten dafür haben

  • Steuern und Regeln von Fertigungsprozessen sowie die selbständige Durchführung von Maßkorrekturen an Index-Maschinen
  • flexible Bedienung von Serienartikeln
  • Werkzeugwechsel voreingestellter Werkzeuge
  • Beseitigung kleinerer Störungen ggf. auch Weiterleitung an Fachpersonal
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und der Dokumentation (z.B. RQM)
  • Dokumentation von Störungen (z.B. UMP)
  • Eingreifen in den Fertigungsprozess bei Nichteinhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen und Ableiten von Maßnahmen (ggf. mit Unterstützung von Fachpersonal)
  • Lenkung fehlerhafter Produkte nach Vorgabe

Das musst Du dafür tun

  • Du denkst mit, lernst schnell und findest dich rasch in neue Themen ein.
  • Du bringst idealerweise eine technische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis.
  • Du hast richtig Lust auf das Lösen technischer Problemstellungen und bringst ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, gründlich und zielorientiert.
