  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung (erfolgreich abgeschlossene Lehre im Metallhandwerk, Fachschule oder HTL mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau o. Ä.).

  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV/Office Paketen
  • Was erwarten wir?
  • Präzisionsarbeit: Fachgerechte Montage komplexer Baugruppen und Aggregate nach technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten.
  • Maschinenbau: Eigenverantwortliche Endmontage direkt bei uns im Werk als auch bei unseren internationalen Kunden vor Ort.
  • Unterstützungsarbeit: Begleitung unserer Anlagen bis zum ersten Lauf durch aktive Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Serienmaschinen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte sowie das Führen von Endprüflisten und Abnahmeprotokollen.
  • Teamwork & Schnittstellenkommunikation: Proaktive, abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit (z. B. mit Konstruktion, Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement).
