Du willst mit uns die automobile Zukunft bewegen? Dann starte als Werkzeugmacher (w/m/d) im Werk St. Michael durch. Mit unseren 1.900 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern und unserer Dichtungstechnik sorgen wir dafür, dass das Automobil auch in Zukunft über die Straßen unserer Welt rollt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für Formenreparaturen und Formenoptimierungen
  • Hauptansprechperson für die Fertigung in Bezug auf Formenbau
  • Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten (v.a. in Bezug auf Formenbau, Optimierungen)
  • Abstimmung mit den zentralen Abteilungen und der internen Fertigung
  • Unterstützung bei der Lehrlingsausbildung und Wissensweitergabe
  • Optimierung der bestehenden Fertigungsprozesse

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre in einem metalltechnischen Beruf (Werkzeugbau von Vorteil)
  • Systematische, logische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Offen für neue Technologien und den Willen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Bereitschaft zur internen und externen Weiterbildung
