  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung von Lean-, KVP- und Verbesserungsprojekten direkt in der Fertigung
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-, 5S- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei Problemlösungen sowie bei Veränderungen von Produktions- und Arbeitssystemen
  • Erstellung von Reports sowie Umsetzung von Einsparungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von Digitalisierungs- und Industrie-4.0-Lösungen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Shopfloor-Meetings sowie Vorbildfunktion in den Bereichen Lean und EH&S
  • Ihre Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Werkmeister:in oder HTL) mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld sowie fundierte Kenntnisse von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Lean-Methoden, Shopfloor Management und KVP
  • Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Change Management
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coachingfähigkeiten sowie bereichsübergreifendes Denken
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung zum SPS-Experten
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ihre Perspektive
  • Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Bruttomonatslohn von mindestens EUR 3.551,59 vorgesehen (dieser übersteigt jedenfalls den kollektivvertraglichen Mindestlohn). Die letztgültige Lohnvereinbarung treffen wir im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches.
