  • Verhandlungen mit Kund:innen und Lieferanten
  • Projektreporting (intern und extern)
  • Changemanagement
  • Risikomanagement
  • Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Verfahrenstechnik etc. von Vorteil)
  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Projektmanagement Industrieanlagenbau oder ähnlicher Funktion mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Branchenerfahrung in der Biotech, Pharmazeutischen- oder Lebensmittelindustrie (GmP-Umfeld) von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung für Projektteams in der Matrixorganisation
  • Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke (Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, MS-Project)
  • Reisebereitschaft
