IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Vorbereitung, Rüstung und Bedienung der Anlagen in der Wärmebehandlung und Härterei
  • fachgerechte Bestückung und Beladung der zu bearbeitenden Werkstücke
  • kontinuierliche Überwachung der Fertigungsanlagen und Prozessparameter
  • Identifikation sowie Beseitigung von Prozessstörungen und Fehlern
  • Durchführung von grundlegenden Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Nutzung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards (Eigenprüfung)

IHR PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Metall- oder Industriemechanik) oder fundierte praktische Erfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der Wärmebehandlung oder Härtereitechnik sind von Vorteil
  • solide PC-Grundkenntnisse
  • eine eigenverantwortliche und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Kooperationsfähigkeit und die Motivation zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit für die Tätigkeit im Produktionsumfeld
  • Flexibilität für die Arbeit in Schichtmodellen (z. B. 3-Schicht-Betrieb)
