Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsmaschinen (z. B. CNC-, Stanz- oder Pressanlagen)
  • Bestücken der Maschinen mit Werkstücken und Materialien
  • Steuerung und Anpassung von Maschinenparametern
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen (z. B. mit Messschieber, Mikrometer)
  • Behebung kleiner Störungen und Unterstützung bei Wartungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Grundkenntnisse in CNC-Steuerung von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und umzusetzen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln
