### Für ein produzierendes Unternehmen aus der Metallverarbeitung in Nürnberg suchen wir Verstärkung in der Maschinenbedienung. Dich erwartet ein technisches Arbeitsumfeld mit teilautomatischen Schweiß- und Schleifanlagen, klaren Abläufen und einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität in der Serienfertigung.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Manuelle Bestückung teilautomatischer Schweiß- und Schleifanlagen mit gewalzten A4-Schrauben
  • Präzise Nestbestückung nach vorgegebener Position
  • Kontrolle der korrekten Lage und Positionierung eingelegter Bauteile
  • Überwachung des Maschinenablaufs über mehrere Bearbeitungsstationen
  • Sichtprüfung der gefertigten Teile am Maschinenende
  • Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen, Störungen und besonderen Vorkommnissen
  • Reinigung von Stationen und Nestern nach Vorgabe am Schichtende
  • Dokumentation produzierter Stückzahlen im Schichtprotokoll

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Maschinenbedienung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Grundverständnis für Maschinen, Abläufe und getaktete Produktionsprozesse
  • Verständnis für Qualitätsanforderungen in der Serienproduktion
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise bei Sichtprüfung, Bauteilpositionierung und Dokumentation
  • Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit bei wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein im Umgang mit metallischen Bauteilen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System
  • Fähigkeit zu stehender Tätigkeit über längere Zeit
  • Gute Feinmotorik für präzises Einlegen kleiner Bauteile
  • Belastbarkeit in einem getakteten Produktionsumfeld
