Wir suchen zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine\*n Maschinenbediener\*in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere 350 t Kantpresse und unseren Großformat-Laser in Vollzeit (37h/Woche)

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Maschinenanlagenführer, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bedienen CNC gesteuerter Maschinen
  • sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Gewissenhafte, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Bewusstsein für Qualität, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Termintreue
  • Deutschkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung der Maschinen vor Inbetriebnahme
  • Einstellung der Maschinen gemäß der vorliegenden Produktdaten
  • Überwachung der Maschinen während der Produktion
  • Bedienung nicht vollautomatisierter Maschinen während der Produktion
  • Prüfung der Produktqualität und Anpassung der Einstellungen, sofern nötig
  • Planung der Kapazitäten und der Produktionsgeschwindigkeit
  • Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung der Maschinen, z. B. Auffüllen von Öl, Kühl- und Schmiermitteln, Austausch von Verschleißteilen
  • Umrüstung der Maschinen für andere Produktionsabschnitte oder für das nächste Produkt
