Wir sind ein mittelständiges Unternehmen im Bereich Maschinenbau - Zerspanungstechnik

Mit unserem modernen Maschinenpark, der CNC sowie auch konventionelle Bearbeitungsmaschinen beinhaltet, sind wir in der Lage, Klein- und Großserien, sowie Einzelteile für die verschiedenen Industriebereiche anzufertigen.

  • Unsere Leistungsschwerpunkte:
  • CNC Groß- und Kleinserienfertigung in Bereich Drehen, Bohren, Fräsen und Sandstrahlen nach Zeichnungsangaben aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen. Unsere Fertigung produziert im 3 Schicht System.

Wir suchen:

  • Maschinenbediener/in (m/w/d) für CNC gesteuerte Drehautomaten
  • Erwünscht sind Kenntnisse an Siemenssteuerungen
  • Erforderlich ist ein vertrauter Umgang mit Meß-, sowie Prüfinstrumenten wie z.B. Meßschieber, Micrometer und Prüflehren….,
  • sowie das Lesen und Verstehen einfacher Zeichnungen.
  • Die Bereitschaft zu einem 2-3 schichtigem Einsatz ist unabdingbar und sollte gegeben sein.
  • Darüber hinaus wünschen wir uns Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Überwachen von produzierenden CNC – Drehautomaten

Messen und prüfen in der laufenden Produktion

Werkzeugwechsel bei Verschleiß und nachjustieren der Werkzeuge
