Für unseren Kunden in Hilden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für Abkantanlagen im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von Abkantanlagen
  • Bearbeitung von Blechteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Durchführung von Korrekturen und Anpassungen an den Maschinenparametern
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses sowie Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualität
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln
  • Behebung kleinerer Störungen und Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation der Fertigungsaufträge und Prüfergebnisse
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktionsvorgaben

### Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung als Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) an Abkantanlagen ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Metalltechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung und Umformtechnik
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
