So sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus:

  • Die Bedienung der Produktionsanlage nach Vorgabe der Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Ständige Kontrolle der Qualität des hergestellten Produktes
  • Gewichtskontrolle der Teigstücke und der Bestreuung gemäß Arbeitsanweisung
  • Reibungsloser Ablauf des Produzierens an seiner Produktionsanlage
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene– und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
  • Kommunikation mit dem Teigbäcker und Master-Linienführer (Sortenwechsel, Materialbedarf und Störungen der Maschinen)
  • Dokumentation der Störungen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Maschinen- und Anlagenbedienung
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Grundkenntnisse ERP-System
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit
