Meine Aufgaben:

  • Maschinen und Anlagen für die Bearbeitung von Bauteilen einrichten, rüsten und bestücken
  • Press-, Richt- und CNC-Abkantarbeiten an komplexen Bauteilen durchführen
  • Werkzeuge und Prozessparameter nach technischen Zeichnungen und Vorgaben einstellen
  • Erstteile fertigen und Qualitätsprüfungen eigenständig durchführen
  • Nach Fertigungs- und Prüfplänen arbeiten
  • Technische Zeichnungen und auftragsbezogene Unterlagen lesen und umsetzen
  • Wartungs- und kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten nach Checklisten durchführen
  • Arbeiten an Trumpf-Maschinen der 5000er- und 7000er-Serie verrichten

Mein Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Metallfacharbeiter, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Pressen, Kanten und Richten
  • Gute CNC-Kenntnisse
  • Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
