Für unseren Kunden in Mühlacker suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen zuverlässigen Maschinenbediener (m/w/d). In dieser Position bedienen und überwachen Sie Produktionsmaschinen und stellen einen reibungslosen sowie qualitätsgerechten Ablauf der Fertigungsprozesse sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsmaschinen im Schichtbetrieb
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während des Produktionsprozesses
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Wartung und kleine Reparaturen an den Maschinen durchführen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen (Forklift) sind optional
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit bei der Arbeit
  • Bereitschaft zum 2- Schichtdienst
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Konversationssichere Deutschkenntnisse
